Strong Start

Ashra-Re - Initiate of the Inner Circle of the Emerald Order comes into the Southern Mirage Tavern – Former Rampant Roach. She’s the one who gave Bruno the list of cults. She tells the characters that they are at the beginning of something big. A terrible plot writhes among the dead like worms and only the characters may crush it under their boots.

The prophecy is not set in stone yet it is here, in this … tavern … where the die is cast.

[x] The Emerald Order is devoted to the guardianship and understanding of the mysteries of the Emerald Tablets, on which the greatest arcane secrets of Thoth-Hermes are inscribed.
[x] Thoth-Hermes is a god of knowledge worshipped primarily in the south, particularly within Nuria Natal where the Emerald Order mostly resides.
[x] For several weeks, various Zobeck citizens in the neighborhoods south of Crown Square have gone missing, and all signs ruefully point to the inconspicuous kobolds of the nearby Ghetto.
[x] A young woman named Rozalyn Turnyr has gone missing. Her father, Heston Straic – The Grateful Blacksmith, believes Brik did it. Brik’s silver dagger was found at the crime scene and Heston knew the dagger.
[x] Heston Straic – The Grateful Blacksmith got no where with the town guard, including Dame Teragram - Protector of Zobeck but Galfrid Gladstone - Aide of Melancha told him that he should keep shaking the tree. Absolutely the kobolds did it.
