Strong Start

The characters arrive at the Shattered Tower to recover a hostage taken by Redthorn Bandits who kidnapped Denel Corent, a heartbroken lawful poor middle-aged dwarf. Denel is held by a dwarf member of the Redthrorns named Ryanne. She’s convinced that Denel knows about a secret treasure here in the tower – a Gilded Cat called Golden Sphinx.

The characters were hired by Mathilde Bower, village elder of Wardenwood.
