- Meeting the heirs of Krakova
- The tunnel behind the bookcase sweeps the characters into Lady Silistara’s Lair.
- Lady Silistara’s Lair. She wants the lives of the characters to add to her pool of souls.
- The alluring song leads the path through a frozen colossal battleground. Dead titans reaching up. Hraesvelgr the Corpse Swallower travels through but hears a whistle from the bearfolk who are watching the characters.
- The shadowfey bandits (BoET pg 186) carry a stormy orcish opal of Seggotan the Dragon Lord of the Ocean and Eternity (MWB 367) that casts *Maze, Greater.* They plan to trade it to Nicneven the Queen of Witches. In return she will turn any blade into a Sword of Fallen Saints (VoM 39)
- The Crossroads of Lindar. The queen of witches holds court at a dwarven throne of iron and stone. She awaits the bandits to bring her the Opal of Seggotan.
- The bearfolk of Cracked Oak come to warn her that she is outside of her bounds here. They invite the characters to their campsight along the Archer’s Walk, the Cracked Oak Circle.
Secret and Clues
- [x] Lady Silistara was a shadowfey noble woman who betrayed her cousin Sarastra Aestruum the Queen of Night and Magic and was cursed to a hybrid spider form.
- [x] The royal family of Krakova have fled from their land and now reside at the Black Fortress under the protection of General Jaro Whitebeard.
- [x] Lord Krakova knows of the artifact the characters seek. Warriors of Sif had it in Jozst last time he saw it.
- [x] An intersection exists that connects Midgard to the Shadow Realm. Usually some monument of power is connected to a monument on the other side.
- [ ] Much of the Shadow Realm falls under the Court of the Shadow Fey. These Shadow Fey nobles think themselves rulers over the land. They are extremely arrogant and extremely powerful.
- [ ] The Krakova’s want to travel to Jozht but have not the protection to make the journey.
- [ ] The lady of Krakova has a portal key to reach the Archer’s Walk to make it most of the way to Jozht to an old temple named Sylunivar – a former elven temple to Holda Goddess of Hearth and Seasons, Queen of the Arbonesse, Mother of Yarila and Porevit, Keeper of Summer and Winter, Goddess of Reaping and Spinning, Keeper of the True Springs, Harvest Goddess (mwb 370).
