The Truths of Duskvol
- The city of Duskvol sits in a ghost-infested wasteland. The city is protected by huge lightning towers fed by electroplasm; the most valuable substance in the world.
- Fleets of leviathan hunter ships sail into the black sea where the stars below are as bright as the stars above. There they harvest the blood of leviathans to refine into Electroplasm.
- Duskvol is filled with corruption and crews who battle for their own scrap of territory and riches.
- About 800 years ago the Cataclism shattered the sun, sending the world into eternal darkness. The survivors swore fealty to the Immortal Emperor for his magical protection against the legions of vengeful spirits and horrors unleashed against the world.
