• Leto Skalle. Wants to build the weapon and use it for his own personal power. Currently with the Droaam at Making trying to power up the Khyber crystal of the Daughters of Sora Kell.
• Daughters of Sora Kell. Using Letos knowledge and the Tome of Making to empower Letos Eberron shard at Clawrift. They sent three simulacrum.
• Lord of Blades. Wants the weapon to free Warforged forever. Hopes to sweep it up from the aftermath of its creation.
• Lhaak. Hopes to use the creation of the weapon to open a permanent rift to Dal Quor. Wants the Mournland to be a Dal Quor manifest zone.
